Little Jetta

Little Jetta

A Poem by Harley (arbiter)

On my way to school
I see this little Jetta
The dude thinks he's real cool
Thinks I ain't go nothing betta

Its silver with custom rims
'Bout an '04
With some "street" trims
And a 4 speed in the floor

So he lines up beside me
And reves the little 4-C
Apparently he doesn't see
The emblem that says 350

I don't do a thing
I hardly hear it purr
Over the camming
And a little "Green River"

The light turns green
He jumps off like a cheeta
I decide to be mean
And show him who's fasta

He's humming down the road
My Chevy's screaming
Its faster than a toad
But I'm the one grinning

He's taken by fear
And let's off the gas
I didn't even get in 3rd gear
And made the pass

Rumbling by
His Jetta putters down
I waved goodbye
And made him look like a clown
