homework assignment. is it good? any thoughts? the assignment was write about how someone had locked the doors of their house to keep people out and how people can also lock their hearts to others as to not get hurt. the assignment was to write about one of those but i wrote about both lol

I lock my door
To keep me safe
Inside this house
My private place
My escape
And I'm know for sure
I can endure
My door will hold strong
And I can sleep in peace and calm
Whit no-one bothering me
Because only I have the key

I lock my heart
To keep me safe
Inside myself
The memory waits
When I see you it escapes
I don't know
How long I can go
Or if my heart can hold strong
And move along
But your memory bothers me
So I lock my heart with a key
