Don't wanna talk
Kinda wanna sleep
Gonna put on gary wright
And start weaving some dreams

No no says the teach
And then she starts to preach
'Bout how school is good
And I shouldn't fall asleep

But while she's a sqwakin
I put my headphones in
Slide my shades over my eyes
And to the real world I say goodbyes

I drift off into a nap
Have sweet dreams of a girl
That I used to know
Ain't it funny how fast
Time seems to go

haha very clever, I like the way you worded things and the lyrics had a great flow. For some reasons the lines:
"Slide my shades over my eyes
And to the real world I say goodbyes"
Really stood out to me.
Good details as well, I could get a good picture of the preaching teacher and the defiant but relaxed student.
