Wild PinesA Poem by gracegoing from just chill to even colderlets compete our minds with empty roads nerve thrust speeding faster than neon glows i left my spirits loose to run like fire through the woods and they went off like sirens beating under my hoods my hitched hunters tried to break free but couldn't thrive so this idea of being awake gave up on at all being alive my wild wolves even ran to the places i could never go so i let them take control of my voids every time it snows the pines growing faster and deeper on my skin these spirits trying to console the hollowness through softer spins there's a figure at the end of the cliff backing around and all the motions fighting against it pulling sounds as the cloud set up higher, the eyes turn lighter and lighter my head turn little lower, the smirk goes even brighter and brighter
