Samantha's Story Pt.6

Samantha's Story Pt.6

A Poem by Calypso

Samantha’s Story

She was a child born in 1692

and her father preferred the brew.

Her mother cooked terrible meals and

her sister stole a dress that was teal.

The sibling hated each other

but above all they hated their mother.

She became sick and thus left her body.

The city forgot to grieve for Sam Casady.

After leaving her Earthly cage

she found souls from another age.

They celebrated the sakura blossoms in the air

and the joy was a perpetual affair.

Although the guardian angels knew

heaven was more then blossoms and bamboo

They felt sorry yet they denied the emotion.

The place they inhabited was full of commotion.

Their eyes open wide;

it was all a lie and they cried.

Samantha felt like a fool,

she was nothing more then a ghoul.

Samantha took the gift of heaven

and so did the other seven.

They left the lace they were trapped

And in heaven they adapted.
