Ms. Tina Kline, I know you are wrong. The desire is not brief, it can be life long. I know that. But I agree. Not just people but things, like quotes, or a job, can give you a reason, purpose. If you have a lack of friendship and family you tend to read thing, you are drawn to the darkness. But in the darkness one can find light, as I have. (I'm not qouting anyone.) Just one simple sime from a stranger, or a kind word. Oh, I'm sorry. I truely felt a resonance with this peom that I have with few things. Thank you!

When someone is suicidal they really need someone to hold on to them. The desire to die can last a long time but the impulse to actually do it is brief, if someone is there to really help them then it can make all the difference. This is wonderful.

This is excellent! Even in the darkest times of this persons life there is always somebody like you praying for her! There will always be somebody to fall back on who will understand you and always be there to love and comfort you.

This is really, really good. And it's real. I think that this is something that a lot of people could relate to. It kind of gives the sense of a feeling of hope in a sea of darkness, suffering, or sorrow. Again, this piece is great!
