Purple DeceptionA Poem by CalypsoDefine it by your own terms.
I need what is not necessary. I'm wasting my life on fairy tales and lost hopes. I came to you with my heart in my hand. And you promised, Oh how you lie! I'm falling inch by inch into hopelessness, but you’re so blind. You only see your needs. Yet I cry. Whispers in the day tell me you will help. So I pray, That is will have no avail. You promised to help me, you can't save me from my choice. I'm forgotten, lost in a forest of deception. Wolves try tears, but make rippling green jumps. I'm writing through embellished anger. Curious days amazed by dreams. You said grand love could help. Well where is that love? You forgot me, left me, and I'm done. I will relapse soon enough. Nice try.
