What are they thinking

What are they thinking

A Poem by unclecharlie

Some people say that we just can't feel

That the life we live is no way real

Our Jobs can't be that great

The iron horse is for the ones that hate

Makes it hard to understand

What they think makes each man

Is it just what we choose to drive

Or the fact we're older but still alive

Maybe it's just that they watch to much TV

They sure as hell don't know you or me

We work hard just like the rest

And in life get some of the same test

Yet for some reason they quickly scare

Finding out we like the wind in our hair

That the freedom of the road to us

Isn't in some kind of metal bus

Chaps and leathers some of us may where

But does that mean about others we just don't care?

Still no matter what any of them may think

To my friends and our 2 wheeled love I toast a drink

May we all have plenty of sunny good days riding with it on our face

And that the rubber is always in the right place

To jump on  that horse and simply unwind

Leave the rest of the world a ways behind

No one can ever change the way that love feels

Cruising down the road on only two wheels!
