With no plan to keepA Poem by unclecharlie
The project rode nice and was pretty cheap
Planned to buy and sell not ever to keep Decided to go at it nice and slow What it looked like we didn't know We pulled in and went clear out back There we found a tarp leaning against the shack Pulled it off easy and with a slow rate of speed Lost our breathe at the work it would need The rust and dirt no one could see threw Oh God what did we ourselves into Now we have changed a thing here and there Making sure that there's possibilities some where New tires and a speedometer that works A long with settling some other little quirks Now the other bike doesn't much more then sit The pleasure is riding this old looking s**t Pipes are rusted but there's no decay Fixing them can wait for another day This is not the only one cause there's many more We like the surprise of what may be in store Others may find this in not such good taste But it's leave me with little time to waste We don't need the new with all the fancy blings Just the ride down the road as the wind sings This to us is what riding is all about Not what you ride but the fact that you just get out The freedom and sense of being in complete control That my friends is exactly how we all roll!
