Please let me explain

Well, I've had dinner, a shower, and am ready to explain

What's going on now seem a little bit insane

We get together and things well

Then comes the moving in and it's all shot to hell

To bribe me for some reason you think you must try

But I am really not the kind of person that you can buy

You I really don't want to neglect

And I didn't stop by out of respect

Now my words I more carefully choose

Because our friendship I don't want to loose

Many things were said in anger and haste

The marks from those words I just can't erase

Homeless for a minute I maybe

But another situation like this I''ll never see

To think we know what tomorrow will bring

Is like saying, In our head the bell just won't ring

We are two people brought together by fate

High on the latter we both easily rate

Let's for now be Happy with the time that we get

Maybe some time once again together we'll fit

Please don't get mad and push me away

Remember tomorrow is another new day!
