A password let's you into the hidden rooms
Where others share their misery and times of gloom
People having to hide their real thoughts
And congregate around like controlled robots
Where people can hide putting a knife in someone back
Safe because they won't be seen or heard while they attack
Others they criticize or easily just push away
Not realizing it's the same game that they all play
Into those hidden rooms everyone wants to peak
Not understanding hiding is for the scared and the weak
If we would all let more people know our opinions and thoughts
Maybe we'd be able to keep the Freedom's that we've still got
But worried that others may not always agree
Makes what we say depend on who we might see
Or we instead stick close to the circle with the least bit of fear
And into the locked rooms where there isn't a single mirror
For hours they will sit back and complain
Carefully looking for someone else to blame
Maybe some of this could all be solved
If one day people would get more involved
Like a knock right on the Presidents door
Saying, " Open up , let us see and hear more. "
Yet hiding is the American way
No longer like the Hippe's back in the day
So what has happened to Freedom of Speech
Is it just about completely out of reach
In the public's eye should our words be fake
Then need to lock the door so an opinion we can make
To think you know who's behind every word
Would really be completely absurd
So for once just try and tuck all your little fears away
Real people will like you even if they don't agree with what you say!
