In the real world we can push others away
But on the air waves we're all free to play
Some talk of privacy and their living room
But a fence around the air waves isn't coming soon
The faces out in space may never change
But a screen name we can all re arrange
We push people away or call them a troll
When what they say or do we can't control
Then we try the threaten someone else in their life
Maybe a Mother, Sister or wife
Does that mean dirty tactics we now need to use
While preaching that others we shouldn't abuse
In life there will be many people and things we don't want to hear
But not always will we be able to simply stand clear
Instead it's thick skin that we really need
Or just not to click on things we don't want to read
Equal believe that we surely all are
If your above everyone it's not all that far
If there is something you don't like in print
Take it to the author where it was meant
If by chance these words hit a nerve
It maybe it's something that you deserve
As our internet family slowly slips away
" It's someone else's fault. " Can we really say?
