One Saturday well spent,
At a community event,
There was salads-desserts and BBQ,
Many things for the kids to do,
Smiles and laughter the day would bring,
We all heard Diesel sing,
Snuck away with a cream puff,
But one just wasn't enough,
Shook hands and got some hugs,
Thank God there weren't many bugs,
Made some friends that are new,
So my network grew,
Santibel was a bit late,
But meeting her was really great,
Watched the kids in a kayak,
Wondered if they'd make it back,
Plenty of beautiful girls to be seen,
Even met a beauty Queen,
The entertainment was second to none,
Better planning couldn't have been done,
My thanks go out to all of you,
That made this dream come true,
So when they ask where's all the fun is at,
