Cowboy

A poem I wrote for my dad. His dream as a kid was to be a cowboy.

Covered up in dirt and dust
Open range riding is his lust

Wyoming is his playing field

Battered rope an guns he wields

Over the land his horse rides

Yonder where the mountains divide
