Pain's Addict

Some of my darker poetry from last year. Writing this helped me to disclose very discretely my imperfections and addictions to life's harmful ways.

Icy Cold
Snowy Flesh
Crimson river
Flowing fresh

 

Titanium line
Running free
Scraping fine
Over me

Thin discretion
Perfectly sliced
Visible memories
Insanity's suffice

One, two
Three, four
Why not do
A couple more? 

Hiding inconspicuously
Beneath my lies
Never discovered
Silent cries

Omnipotent potential
That ends in pain
Nothing special
Just punctured veins

Deep contraction
Drop the weapon
Once again
Another session?

It's a little steep and needs work on the rhyming scheme. Critique away!
