Ive been standing on the side lines for a while now

Tossing pros and cons around

My time out, my huddle

My out of bound

Ive thought long and hard

My focus has been my objective

Over and over again

Each time with a new perspective

Ive gone back and forth, nearly losing my mind

Reliving realizations

Realizing for the last time

There can be no more hesitations

Ive got to let go and move forward

This game has taken its toll

I'm on the bench

Next round, new goal

Ive played for too long, I call it quits

The winner takes all

The star player forfeits

Ive thrown in the towel

Whats done is done

It was an interesting concept that could be applied to many things. Wording was strong imagery for me was a little off but overall I enjoyed it. Having said all that it holds true to your ability it is a strong, and solid piece. Keep up the Good work. e
