Who's Loss?

Who's Loss?

A Poem by KeelyJane

You talked

I tried

I believed

You lied

Its my heart you're inside

My pain you provide

Your game

My pride

My turn

Say goodbye

Who's loss

You decide

You wrote, I read, got in my head
his loss. His pain
you'll not be seeing HIM again

This piece hits really close to home. So few words, yet expressed so profound and heartfelt. Loss is never easy, yet it opens up new doors, new opportunities once the heart heals.

Simple and direct. An example of less is more.
