Karma

Karma

A Poem by Bridgett
"

This is just something I came up with after I found out my biological father never told me about me having a brother. It's just my feelings on the situation.

"

You will drown in loneliness,

one day.

It will burn down deep into your soul.

I will not laugh as you sink

deeper and deeper.

I will not help you

as you plead.

Your past has caught you

and holds steady,

karma hangs heavy in the air.

Everyone has a chance,

you had yours.

What's done is done,

it cannot change,

now it's time to pay your debt.

I will walk away,

no regrets,

for mercy has yet to appear.

Love it. Definitely an emotional piece, and it's so well written and it flows wonderfully. I like how you put your feelings into words; it translates very well. :)
