I haven't thought of a title yet...

I haven't thought of a title yet...

A Poem by Bridgett

Her heart is breaking
and you just look away.
She's dying inside,
wilting like a flower,
one petal of her heart at a time.
She holds it together,
but just around you.
She's breaking, breaking down,
falling into nothingness,
succumbing to her pain,
and she does it alone.
You don't see her tear stains at night
or hear her call your name in her dreams,
the muffled "I love you" breaking the still air.
You are the water that could nourish her,
if you would only be willing to give.
