Concrete OceanA Poem by John P. EilerBecause it's summer, I decided I'd describe my summer break.
The summer air feels good,
as I ride down the street, on my bike. It tires my feet. So I sit down, enjoy the air. I'm so lazy, but I don't care. Or I'll ride my wave-board, through the parking lot, Like a concrete ocean, It relaxes me a lot. I get back home, I feel like I should. These dog days of summer feel oh, so good. © 2010 John P.
