Already Blooming

Already Blooming

A Poem by John P. Eiler
"

Now that it's spring, I've decided to write my feelings for spring.

"
Spring, spring, already blooming.
The gentle breeze blows as all the birds sing.
It is no surprise why they call it spring.
Spring, spring, already blooming.

Rain, rain, refreshing rain.
Water drips on my window pane.
Pit, pat, it drives me insane
Yet still, I love this rain.

Spring, spring, already blooming.
The gentle breeze blows as all the birds sing.
It is no surprise why they call it spring.
Spring, spring, already blooming.

I know it's cheesy, but it's how I picture spring.
