stay strong my friend

when the will is debilitated and you want's extinction

just lay back, relax, think, and make the realization

that life will get better, this is simply an obstacle

watch it melt away like when not eating your Popsicle

my words make it sound like there's the presence of simplicity

but overcoming strife is a task set "10" in difficulty

just put in the elbow grease and you will achieve your goal

find the missing part of you and finally become a whole

they may be major setbacks, but have to remember 

to tell yourself not to forget to keep alive that ember

the one in your heart that drives your train to continue forward

step after step, fall after fall, getting up and proceeding toward

your goal in life, that's to become the optimum of you 

don't forget you have a friend that'll to see you through

the hurt you feel, the downs you live, those salty tears you shed

now please stop contemplating death and enjoy your life instead
