The love I lostA Poem by GhostWe lose loved ones to death, they leave a void that can't be replaced or refilled by anyone
I felt your warm hand on my face, it felt like the suns first morning rays
I turned and gave you a warm embrace, then our hearts galloped like horses in a race. Those are the memories I hold on to, as I sit and think about what I'd do to Hold you again, see you smile again, feel the way I'll never feel again. This morning I felt the sun on my face, my heart began to Then I remembered, God had taken my joy and replaced it with an eternity of pain. God knows I'd do anything at any cost, to regain the love I lost © 2014 GhostReviews
