Fire Starter

Fire Starter

A Poem by Douglas Lyle

Created: June 25th, 2004

"

Engulfed
Touched by fire
In the cool aftermath
     Of a dream
When it’s too late

Room by room
     Searching for the clown
When victims become
     Fire jumpers
Scramble for ground
