The Fever

The Fever

It was so easy to reach this mountain top
Others so unwilling to climb this high
Soaring within the myths involved

Niflheim

Just when I thought I couldn't get any higher
Gravity caught my toe
It thrust me down with a might

I was scared
Why do I feel this way?
Life on the ground is far too easy

Slowly overcoming my fear of falling
I feel the wind again
How much strength must I gather to overcome this?

So I slept
A million lifetimes being passed I awoke
My eyes cleared

Muspellsheim

I am not afraid
This mountain top is so easy to reach
Others too scared to climb
