Life Can Be A Prison of a Sad Routine

Life Can Be A Prison of a Sad Routine

A Poem by tynamite

So       little       to       live       for

So       little       to       miss

So       nothing       is       lost

When       the       end       comes       amiss

So       sands       fall       without       grip

So       hours       pass       wasted

So      sadness       takes       its       toll

When       far       futures       near

If you don't get it, you're lucky; you live a happy life.

It's the people who couldn't get to do, what they came to do in life, who are the most scared of death, as they feel robbed of their time like they got cheated. But we all know that time doesn't slow down for the unfortunate.

But then again, those people don't have so much to miss, yet it may not seem that way to others. People will always look for a way out to break away from the sadness of their lives.

Oh I like this. So very true.
I met someone recently whose
outlook on life seemed like this.
He was healthy and full of life,
yet his outlook looked so grim.
Like he was just waiting to die.
Great poem.
