Hide

Hide

A Poem by Tyler Dennison

I hide myself in here

I cannot hear you

Me and myself we're all alone

I wish if only, I think I would have known

My soul cased in stone

So I'll just hide my emotions

Under the oceans floor

I think I'll be alone there too

But thats nothing new

So I close my eyes

Despise this I have become

Rythmicly like a drum

My mind slowly going numb

I want to forget

Forget, forget, forget

Wash away all this regret

Debt collecting on my soul

Burn it all with fires coal

Bury it deep; a six foot hole

You can put me down with it too

Face it, I'm not good enough for you...
