Fearful is the thought

Of losing one such as thee.

Fearful is the heart

Of a loss so deep.

 

Fearful is the mind

Of fleeting memories long past.

Fearful is the soul

Of losing it’s only true mate.

 

Fearful is the body

Of missing your warmth.

Fearful is the senses

Of sensing you no more.

 

Fearful am I

Of your absence.

Fearful am I

Of a love lost.
