Down in the Hole (What Lurks?)

Down in the Hole (What Lurks?)

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Down in the Hole (What Lurks?)

staring into this hole and

knowing there's no bottom,

what must lurk so deeply

and does it ever find escaping...

my echo drips downwardly

into it's abandoned chasm
