Burning Passion

 

I've a fire inside and

it's an unending flame,

 

it was born of hope

and it shall never fade...

 

once I'd seen it in others

but I'd not ever really gained

 

and now I have one too

so within me mine will remain

I was having the crappiest day but i gotta say...That never-ending flame is what i ask my friends to acheive to keep them from their own sorrow but in the end i dont have a flame myself. This Poem made me feel like i was looking into a mirror and seeing the man i once was and hope to become again.
