what's going up, now

when everyone's down,

 

the neighbourhood's in muck

and the world wears a frown...

 

the place is in sheer chaos

and all seems a loss,

 

nothing's too good

when dreams are all tossed

 

and sadly, our head is that

of an unhappy clown
