Being Tested

Being Tested

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Being Tested

were we to ever

truly gain anything

from all this grief,

because we're here

daily taking the test

and seeking releif...

but is our closest neighbour

really some souless thief

metaphorically enhanced perception that speaks depthful truth, are we are brothers keeper? in essence
your poem draws the meaning to the forefront, at the same time the specific meaning is open
to indivisual interpretation. excellent job, a pleasure to read james.
