Willowbrook

Willowbrook

A Poem by James K. Blaylock
"

This is about Willowbrook School, it was built to help people with mental retardation, but it went horribly wrong. jkb

"

Willowbrook

taking our

family members,

then locking

them away...

but, still

caring endlessly,

or so, they'd

have us believe;

but truly

behind those

closed doors,

was were

ugliness lurked,

and although

nothing cures,

love still

does wonders

nice write. i like how you break up the lines; it gives each one more emphasis. my favorite part was the ending..."and although nothing cures, love still does wonders". i enjoyed reading it.
