The Great Escape

The Great Escape

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

The Great Escape

who knows the name,

of a place to escape to,

walking out right-away,

leaving all sideways, and

no one is home to see...

the walls tell nothing

of my secrets, nor bother

the others with such mere

unimportanties,

instead, they'd just let me be
