Biting Heartily

Biting Heartily

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Biting Heartily

were we

always ready;

from that

first breath

to the

coming last...

shall we

all partake

in the

ripening ruins,

biting heartily

at hell,

and sharing

our abundants

    of

"Oh wells."
