Torn Apart Mirage

Torn Apart Mirage

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Torn Apart Mirage

what happens now,

if we chase fiercely

after those tainted dreams,

and with bloodied hands

we grasp at small slivers

of some torn apart mirage...

should we suffer under pitch, and

hollow echoings of no human understanding
