Lost for a Time

Lost for a Time

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Lost for a Time

lost within

sweet pages,

and wishing

no endings...

because surely,

who needs

more reality

Oh yes, James. I love getting lost in a good book and escaping reality. Even if just for a little while.
Well done, my friend.

This is how I often feel while reading a great book. Very nice.

I can relate with this, James. Reality is tough to deal with , and yet sometimes all it takes is time. Coming to terms with our reality in the long run becomes a big relief. Denying it and pretending is really more work. We all need those times of relief from the grind though. So much said in so few words, my friend! A great write!
