Spark in the Dark

Spark in the Dark

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Spark in the Dark

making my way,

and feeling through

the cold and bitter dark...

dizzy with sleep,

as I'm touching the all these walls,

because I'm searching endlessly,

within the echoes, merely for a spark

Sometimes it does seem like an endless dark walk and one needs that little spark of hope.
