Words to live By

1. Taste today sweetly, for tomorrow may only be a sour offering.

2. Talking until blue in the face, may lead to choking.

3. Dig into life, before your merely dirt for the flowers.

4. Kiss the ones you love, blissfully.

5. If when eating, you find an uninvited dinner guest... it's fine to then stop completely. And maybe even find another eatery.

These are great, I really like #5 but wanted to add a little addendum, maybe for another cookie if I may....

My version: "If when eating, you find an uninvited dinner guest... it's fine to then stop completely."...
and say "What's eating you?" The cannibal will excuse himself and leave the restaurant. hahaha

Thank you, James...for submitting. You have a place in the contest--I added an award especially for you. I appreciate you letting me use this review space to let the "cookie crumble." haha
Great words to live by, by the way!!

James, you are a riot. I love it! I will have to agree with Nuala. I like number five the best. You have such a dry humor. :-) Dinner guests and I DO NOT get a long. I would give that eatery a VERY wide birth. Thanks for the read. ***SMILES*** Carole

I like this! Number two is my favorite! How true all of them are though! Great poem!
