Picnicking

Picnicking

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Picnicking

sitting out amongs

all the sweet smells,

and enjoying the company

of a gorgeous other... whilst

eating our summer meals,

together upon this blanket

Guess you got that spring feeling going on. As usal your words are expertly executed creating a visual effect. It's pouring down raining, but I saw the sun in your poem.

Succinct and quite delightfully sweet. What a wonderful day you have described. Thank you.

Another great memory. I haven't had a picnic like that in some time. I think if this coming Sunday is a nice day, we'll gather the family and go to the park and enjoy a great pic-nic with all the works including those annoying little ants.

Great job, James
