toying with

a ball,

 

or perhaps

a simple creature...

 

but truly, only

coming to life

 

outside basking

therein the moonshine,

 

with its

many wonders;

 

then upon

the return home

 

you'd kindly,

primp your fur

 

and pride

your dispositions

I like how you leave the reader to make their own determinations here. I'm reminded of my neighbor's cat here. My cat stays inside since his IQ is questionable, poor thing!
