Deadly Words

Deadly Words

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Deadly Words

from out

your mouth,

fly those

deadly words...

they come

at me

with such

hellish force,

and their

venom wounds

sinking down

deepest into

my tattered

little soul

there is a great point made in this poem, and thats the power of words, they have the ability
to seep into the soul, as you show its wise to chose words carefully, because the result is a
force of impact and that being either negative or positive, i believe the conviction is found in
the meaning and that being able to identify wisdom, and act upon its value, excellent.

Well portrayed. Anyone who would have read that would feel really guilty for lashing out.

Simple, crisp, and descriptive. It has been able to describe itself in its own form. Good work
