Not The Only Fool

Not The Only Fool

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Not The Only Fool

don't call me fool,

just because, I may

sometimes get suckered...

besides you fall for tricks too,

just like anyone else

this poem definitely draws the readers thougths to ponder, and its easy to identify the meaning,
and that being everybody is a fool at one point or another, so what is the point in judging,
there are different types of fools, as your poem reflects the times when opportunity gets
taken advantage of, which happens to everyone at one time or another because thats life
in general, and thats whats great about this writing, the way you capture reality, nice job.

Any soul who seeks to see the good, falls. So many ways of being fooled, I find it impossible not to.

I like this poem because of the shortness with a nice closure. Showing that both people have the same faults.

Thanks for sharing.

Hmm... like it...
thought provoking...
I stumle a bit with the comma and 'may'
and tend to see:

because

sometimes I get suckered

...but I'm sure you spend time on this and make it look easy!
Your stuff comes out like thoughts through a magnifying glass man!
It's like a simple idea that you take (we all make mistakes) and zoom in... but in such a concise way..(?)
like it, thanks
