Sinless

Sinless

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Sinless

with a kiss,

betrayed...

but with

a cross;

set free

something as somple as a kiss can lead to great plessure, or great horror...very misleading aspect of love...or lust...i love the cross setting us free part. very nice

Hey James this is quite fitting for the season of Lent, it is always good to be reminded of the power of forgiveness. A point well taken, that speaks volumes with only a few words.

Judas betrayed Jesus with a kiss but Jesus forgave him when he died on the cross.

So beautiful said James.

A kiss is beautiful - but can be full of deceit. The cross - had so much blood flowing and dripping from it. Yet this beautiful cross, nothing as marvelous! You compare a kiss and a cross - both beautiful in their own ways, and you give the cross the appreciation and power so deserved.
