The Bones Rolling

The Bones Rolling

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

The Bones Rolling

going out,

into the world every single day,

and with the weight of a million years,

bearing down ever so deeply into our

tender-milky-flesh...

wasting the days away, with sinful desires

of total control and ungodly wealth;

no one knows the cost, truly;

but our souls know the sound of the bones rolling

"the bones rolling" what struck me first about this poem is the title, its written
as opposed to, the rolling bones, which makes this piece devising, its written with
a certaintrace of thought, to project its particular image with full clarity,
this poems makes the reader feel as if they are glimsping an eternal aspect,
and that being the moral evolve, revelational in concept, well executed, mike
