Firefly Dance

Firefly Dance

A Poem by James K. Blaylock

Firefly Dance

shall we
count

the fireflies,

that grace
the night
sky

with aglow
& dance

or just
gaze'em,

from our
hug-of
-a-trance

james, this is a romaticed writing that could capture any woman's heart, creatively gentle, takes the reader to the night skies and causes the heart to ponder, peaceful, one can really feel the night's aor in your words, in sentimental form there is a timeless feeling to counting fireflies that you have captured with portrait style, uplifting, as if to be set adrift, to float upon air currents of blissfulness, nice, very nice.
