TimeA Poem by twixbubblesTime is trickyI stared at the clock. Wishing for time to heal. But, Time can not mend itself I must repair the damage, others have made And repair the catastrophe, I have created. You said things would get better over time. But Every passing day is like a living hell for me. Always knowing that my Past.. Is my future. And I'll never be able to fix my mistakes. My last memory was, Of being happy, Joyful, Safe. But that all changed so suddenly. My life was turned around. When I opened my eyes, They were always filled with tears. All the Pain. Was to much to handle. I Tried to change, I really tried. I tried to change the past. Tried to change the future, and the present. But the clock kept ticking. My time was running out. One mistake can ruin everything, everything you've worked so hard for. I look at the clock again. Time can not mend itself. You must repair the glass that has been shattered Or end up like me. Desperate for the rest of your life.
