Fallen Star
A Poem by Zee Noir
tragedy.
Fallen Star " 4/2/12
Luminous diamonds scattered among the darkness, Above in the omniscient sky. Silently gleaming all through the night. Resonating hope and true blithe. Such an alluring sight.
In an instance, one fell swoop. Crashing and burning, falling to the earth. Shrieks of despair pierced the night’s cold air. Trembling as tears rolled down my face. What cruel fate, opulent in misery. Descending further now, accelerating in pace.
Heart and soul saturated in flames. Deteriorating frame, tattered and torn. Collapsed with a bang, upon the crude ground. Forgotten lost, desolate and forlorn. Singed and shattered all alone.
Shallow, labored, heavy breathes rapidly decrease. Blood fills my eyes, blinding my vision. Among tears, blood streams down my cheeks, Vulnerable, paralyzed, and bare, She lay helpless in defeat. Stripped of life, and deprived of peace. Breathes subside, heartbeats have ceased. Eternal in slumber, once a delicate masterpiece. Dissevered and destroyed, Fallen deceased.

Great poem!
It's so sad, and so well written.
