Banging Down These Doors

Banging Down These Doors

A Poem by JoshuaCmngs
"

A poem about Black Rights

"

Look at me

I am important too

Tell me I am worth something

Show me you care

Bang bang

I have grown

I won’t take this anymore

I don’t care what you say

I am a Human too

Bang bang

I have Pride

I have Honor,

I have Courage,

I have Faith,

Bang bang

I’m tired of being stepped on by this world,

I’m done being your tool,

I have rights,

I am not small

Bang bang

You used to use me,

To step on me,

I am not  weak anymore,

I won’t LET you step on me.

Bang bang

I will prove to you I am strong

Show you the errors of your ways

I will break these chains

And throw away Inhibitions

Bang bang

Who’s there?

I AM!

About
I am Josh. I am weird, quirky, and all kinds of crazy, but I won't apologize for it. I have a very strange personality (even I don't understand myself sometimes) and I do not really know what I am doi.. more..
