Help Us

Help Us

A Poem by twisteD

I look around. All i see is death and pain, All i see is hate, and cruelty. There are people on the streets, living in cardboard boxes and begging for money. There are kids who have to take care of their litle siblings because some guy hopped up on cocain killed there mom. I hear yelling and gunshots. Millions of dollars spent on freaking wars, and still all this is going on. it makes me want to scream. It makes me want to fall on my knees and ask who ever the hell is in charge, 'what the hell were you thinking?' But I can't. I won't. What difference will it make. Instead, i yell for help. I yell to anyone who will listen, but no one answers.

I walk away from all this death and pain, trying not to look back.
